Running Remote Workshops
Just because we’re not in the same room doesn’t mean we can’t hold an enjoyable, purposeful workshop session. Using software like Zoom, Miro, and Trello we can collaborate in real-time or offline.
For some workshop - like a conversational strategy session - we might run the workshop in real-time. These real-time conversations are usually shorter than a face-to-face session however we’ll almost certainly hold more than one. For other sessions or challenges, we can hold an ‘offline workshop’ where there is a shared space to which people can contribute. We’ll have a kick-off session and agree milestones for everyone involved.
Remote workshops can be run with any team, anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet connection, a microphone, and a webcam.
